Why are prices ranges?
The work depends on details agreed at the kick-off. Whatxia confirms the price before starting.
Is the ad budget part of the fee?
No. The ad budget is paid to the platforms (for example Meta, TikTok or Google). The app shows it apart from the fees.
Do I need to give my passwords?
No, not in the app. Access to your accounts is arranged with Whatxia directly, in the way the platforms allow.
Can you promise followers or sales?
No. A campaign is planned and measured with you; results depend on many things. You get a monthly report.
Why does TikTok need short videos?
TikTok shows videos only, so a TikTok plan needs at least one short video a month.
Is my plan a confirmed order?
No. It is a request. Whatxia replies to arrange a kick-off meeting and confirms the work and the price.
How do I pay?
Payment is not handled in the app. Whatxia tells you how to pay when it confirms the campaign.
Where is my plan saved?
On your phone only, until you delete it. There is no account.
