Whatxia Plan a campaign

Privacy policy · effective 2026-10-05

Your campaign plan stays on your phone

This policy covers the Whatxia app. The planner on this website works the same way: it keeps your plan in this browser and opens your own email app to send it.

What this notice covers

The notice covers the app on your phone: the services and prices, the campaigns you plan, saved plans and the ways the app hands a plan to you to send.

When you write to or call us, what you send is handled as described in the section on how we use a plan.

Section 3 of 18

The services and prices in the app

The goals, channels, content types, one-off items, prices and pictures are part of the app. They are shown without any network connection and do not reveal anything about you.

Section 4 of 18

The campaign you plan

Your goal and kind of business, the channels, the content each month, recording days, extras, the number of months, the ad budget, the kick-off you ask for, a campaign name and your notes form the plan. The app keeps the plan you are working on, and the plans you save, on your phone.

Section 5 of 18

Your name and contact details

To let us reply, a plan can include your name, your business name, a phone number and an email address. You type them yourself; only the way of replying you choose is needed.

Section 6 of 18

Address for a visit

If you ask for a visit, the plan includes the address and neighbourhood you type. They stay on your phone until you send the plan.

Section 7 of 18

Where your data is stored

Everything you enter is stored in the app's private storage on your phone, in a database other apps cannot read.

Android backup is turned off for the app, so this data is not copied to a cloud backup.

Section 8 of 18

No account, no cloud copy

The app has no account, no sign-in and no server of its own. Nothing is synchronised and no copy exists outside your phone unless you send it.

Section 9 of 18

What the app does not collect

The app does not collect location, contacts, photos, files, device identifiers, advertising identifiers or usage statistics, and it contains no analytics or advertising code.

Section 10 of 18

No internet access

The app does not request the Android internet permission. It cannot send anything by itself.

Section 11 of 18

Sending a plan by email

When you tap Email, the app opens your own email app with the plan written in it and addressed to us. Nothing is sent until you press send there, and from then on the email is handled by your email provider.

Section 12 of 18

Calling us

When you tap Call, the app opens your phone app with our number filled in. The call is made only if you start it.

Section 13 of 18

Sharing or copying a plan

Share opens the Android share sheet with the plan, and Copy puts it on the clipboard. Where it goes next, for example a chat app, is your choice.

Section 14 of 18

How we use a plan you send

A plan you send reaches us through the channel you used. We use it to arrange the kick-off meeting, to prepare a proposal and to confirm the price.

Ask us directly how long we keep messages and plans.

Section 15 of 18

Your social media accounts

The app never asks for the names or passwords of your social media, Google or WhatsApp accounts.

If a campaign goes ahead, how Whatxia gets access to your accounts, and how it is removed at the end, is agreed with you directly, in the way each platform allows.

Section 16 of 18

Ad budgets and the platforms

An ad budget in the plan is an amount you choose. It is paid to the advertising platforms under their own terms and privacy policies, not through this app.

Section 17 of 18

Your choices and rights under Colombian law

You can edit, duplicate or delete saved plans at any time, and uninstalling the app deletes all of its data from your phone.

Under Colombian data protection law (Ley 1581 de 2012) you can ask WHATXIA SAS to know, update, correct or delete the personal data you sent, and you can complain to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio. Send such requests to [email protected].
